Wheaton, April 2009 - An eighteen year old cedar deck with a built-in hot tub. This deck had significant rot along the perimeter, railings, steps, ends and edges of the decking (that was installed with too small of a gap between the boards), and some water damage where the deck and house meet near the bay window. We had to also make a few modifications to the frame. The job took four days (with some bad weather) and is now like brand new. Much better than the original!
